These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the orvenqix.com website, owned by Orvenqix S.A., tax ID 30-71835472-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1. Purpose

The site offers information about real estate crowdlending and about the activities of Orvenqix S.A. in the Argentine market, as well as a newsletter subscription form. Subscribing does not, by itself, imply any decision to participate in a project.

2. Permitted use

The user agrees to use the site in good faith, in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, and refrains from actions that could damage the operation, security or rights of third parties.

3. Informational nature

The content of the site is informative and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Decisions to participate in any project must be made after your own analysis and, where appropriate, with independent professional advice.

4. Risks of participation

7. Consumer protection

Relations with consumer users are governed by Law 24,240 on Consumer Protection. Complaints: Dirección Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor, www.argentina.gob.ar/produccion/defensadelconsumidor.

8. Amendments

Orvenqix S.A. may amend these Terms to adjust them to regulatory or operational updates. Changes take effect from the moment they are published.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights of the consumer.
